Golf Carts
When golf carts are included $400/mo is passed through to to cart vendor; landlord is not a party to cart rental. Renters and cart vendor are responsible for all use and repair of golf carts. Cart requires separate signature with cart vendor upon delivery.
A few notes about rates: - Rates exclude taxes and cleaning fee. Â Lifestyle IDs and golf cart rental are separate transactions between renter and vendor. - One month minimum Jan - Mar, four day minimum all other dates. - Final rates and official confirmation will be sent via email after you submit a rental application.
For partial month rates check availability; weekly and partial weeks are determined with a daily rate
*Rate includes rent and a transfer fee to golf cart rental company. Bliss Home does not rent golf carts; tenant will sign golf cart rental agreement directly with golf cart rental company.
